Emma-Louise & Dusk 'Til Dawn

Emma-Louise & Dusk ‘Til Dawn produce their own original music and play the epitome of 'roots' music. Their sound is a melting pot of blues, country, americana, rock and soul. From live performances you can expect raw energy and emotion. The band is made up of two guitars, bass, drums and keys, with four back-up vocalists the harmonies are sensational. Fronting the band is Emma-Louise O’Brien who has been playing with her partner, guitarist Jackson Turner and bass player Mick O’Kane for some twenty-three years.

 

The band became somewhat of a ‘super group’ prolific Melbourne singer/songwriter and front man of ‘Chelsea Drugstore’ Luke Godwin joined the band. Influenced by the likes of Tedeschi Trucks, Bonnie Raitt, Grace Potter and Larkin Poe the band benefits from four incredible song writers. Emma-Louise & Dusk ‘Til Dawn are launching their first full album in 2020 (since 2014’s self-titled EP) Shrine.
