Born in San Francisco and raised in Melbourne, Seb Szabo returns to the Airey’s Open Mic Festival after a rousing set on the rain-soaked Pub Stage last year. A gifted lyricist with a resonant voice reminiscent of Gang of Youths’ Dave Le’aupepe, Seb’s unique brand of cinematic indie rock has turned heads in the past two years, highlighted by supporting San Cisco in 2019 and winning Queenscliff Music Festival's Foot-in-the-Door Competition in 2020.
